Lucam 6:17-23
In illo témpore: descéndens Iesus de monte, stetit in loco campéstri, et turba discipulórum eius, et multitúdo copiósa plebis ab omni Iudaea, et Ierúsalem, et marítima, et Tyri, et Sidónis, qui vénerant, ut audírent eum, et sanaréntur a languóribus suis. Et, qui vexabántur a spirítibus immúndis, curabántur. Et omnis turba quærébat eum tángere: quia virtus de illo exíbat, et sanábat omnes. Et ipse, elevátis óculis in discípulos suos, dicebat: Beáti, páuperes: quia vestrum est regnum Dei. Beáti, qui nunc esurítis: quia saturabímini. Beáti, qui nunc fletis: quia ridébitis. Beáti éritis, cum vos óderint hómines, et cum separáverint vos et exprobráverint, et eiécerint nomen vestrum tamquam malum, propter Fílium hóminis. Gaudéte in illa die et exsultáte: ecce enim, merces vestra multa est in coelo.

Lucas 6:17-23
Naquele tempo: tendo Jesus descido da montanha, parou numa planície. Aí se achava um grande número de seus discípulos e uma grande multidão de pessoas vindas da Judéia, de Jerusalém, da região marítima, de Tiro e Sidônia, que tinham vindo para ouvi-lo e ser curadas das suas enfermidades. E os que eram atormentados dos espíritos imundos ficavam livres. Todo o povo procurava tocá-lo, pois saía dele uma força que os curava a todos. Então ele ergueu os olhos para os seus discípulos e disse: Bem-aventurados vós que sois pobres, porque vosso é o Reino de Deus! Bem-aventurados vós que agora tendes fome, porque sereis fartos! Bem-aventurados vós que agora chorais, porque vos alegrareis! Bem-aventurados sereis quando os homens vos odiarem, vos expulsarem, vos ultrajarem, e quando repelirem o vosso nome como infame por causa do Filho do Homem! Alegrai-vos naquele dia e exultai, porque grande é o vosso galardão no céu.

Luke 6:17-23
At that time, Jesus coming down from the mountain, took His stand on a level stretch, with a crowd of His disciples, and a great multitude of people from all Judea and Jerusalem, and the sea coast of Tyre and Sidon, who came to listen to Him and to be healed of their diseases. And those who were troubled with unclean spirits were cured. And all the crowd were trying to touch Him, for power went forth from Him and healed all. And He lifted up His eyes to His disciples, and said, Blessed are you poor, for yours is the kingdom of God. Blessed are you who hunger now, for you shall be satisfied. Blessed are you who weep now, for you shall laugh. Blessed shall you be when men hate you, and when they shut you out, and reproach you, and reject your name as evil, because of the Son of Man. Rejoice on that day and exult, for behold your reward is great in heaven.
